The mobile unit can be visited at FIGO's Congress site in Cape Town

During the FIGO international meeting in Cape Town from 5 to 9 October 2025, Gerhard Boshoff and Willem Ombelet will present the findings, new developments and vision for the future of the Walking Egg project. All participants are welcome to meet them at booth 100 during the congress.

There will also be an opportunity to visit the mobile unit at the congress venue.

The Mobile Unit is travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town, which will take three days.
